At OtakuSneakers, we offer made-to-order items for the best quality. This means that your item/s will be printed just for you, one at a time. We partner with various artists and manufacturers from around the world, which is why delivery times may vary. However, this is also the reason we can provide amazing prices for our products.

We use reliable shipping carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Yun Express to deliver your orders. Your shipping country is chosen during checkout, and prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and delivery charges will be adjusted accordingly. We dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were received. You will receive a tracking link with your shipment confirmation once your package leaves our warehouse.

WHAT ABOUT THE CUSTOMS FEE?

We are not liable for any customs fees incurred upon delivery of our products to your country. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of customs fees for one or more packages.

If your package is held by customs and you are required to pay additional fees, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you with the necessary documentation and information to help you clear your package through customs as quickly as possible.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Asia and China factory. Please note that your order will go through the processes of stocking, packing, and shipping to the address you provide to us. We have committed to providing you with estimated delivery times, which are listed in the table below:

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information within 15 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Sometimes, it may take 5-7 business days for tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows no information after 10 business days, please contact us for further assistance.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Will I be charged vat taxes?
If your items are shipping internationally from factories in Asia and China, they will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Therefore, we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Please be aware that depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We suggest contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

How does vat affect shipping to the eu?

As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) removed the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption for low-value imported goods, which includes all goods with a value of up to €22*. As a result, all commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT and require a Formal Customs Declaration. Therefore, if your shipping address is located in the EU area, kindly note the following:

  • VAT to EU countries is charged in advance.
  • Declare prices are usually much lower than the actual price that you bought so that VAT can be as low as possible.
  • In case you're called to make clearance and asked for purchasing invoices by customs (which rarely happens), please contact us in advance for assistance.

Additionally, it's important to note that VAT rates vary depending on the country of destination within the EU. These rates can range from 17% to 27%. VAT is applied to both the cost of the item being shipped and the shipping cost itself.
